Return Policy

All full-price purchases (excluding the items below) are eligible to be returned within 28 days from when you received your order. 

For hygienic reasons underwear, bras, socks, beanies, hats, masks, and bandanas cannot be returned/exchanged. All sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged.

Due to fluctuating inventory, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend returning your eligible item for a refund and purchasing a new item to exchange it. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All refunds will be at our discretion and must satisfy the following conditions:

  • In original/resalable condition;

  • In original packaging with the attached label(s);

  • Apparels must be clean, free from wear, and unwashed. and products that are dirty, used, odorous, or show visible signs of wear, will not be eligible.

To return an item(s) for a refund just email bussakornmuaythai@gmail.com with a copy of the order confirmation email and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTE:

Please be reminded that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs (domestic or international). We will also deduct any duties/tax imposed by customs authorities from the refund amount. We will refund the return shipping fees only if you received a defective item or an item that is different from your actual order (i.e., a different model or size).

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been processed. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges or the return shipping costs with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

Depending on your payment method, credit card companies may take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days for refund to post to your bank account. We recommend contacting your credit card company if you feel there is an issue. If you would like to inquire on the status of your return, please provide us with the tracking number provided by your mail carrier and your order number. 

Please allow up to 7-14 days to be processed for refund from receipt at our facility. 

If you are shipping an item over £75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. An exception may be made in certain cases, please contact us for additional information.

  • International returns are subject to the same Return Policy as our Domestic Returns. We recommend using carriers that issue tracking numbers. Any taxes or duties that incur are the responsibility of the sender.
